Donation from a Parent - is a CPA and offered to audit our books for free.
Darren is working on putting together a report
Balance (roughly): $6000 and $500 in other.
Online access granted
new file in quicken
movie night successful $525.
New form for events. Signed off at the end of the night by 2 different people.
Boxes will be counted at the beginning of the night too.
Outstanding balance for playtime productions $61.25
Muli-Age - Overture Center March 2nd. Wild Kratts. $329
Goal: $3000, Profit for Month: $142.13. Profit-to-date: $1190.14
Goal: $1000, Profit for Month: $100.10. Profit-to-date: $252.10
School Board Issues
None to report at this time.
All passwords updated
Silent Auction & Bunny Hop- March 7 & 8 put together baskets.
Bid sheets discussed
Right now asking students to send in items.
Melissa will get water and granola bars and chips
We need glow bracelets and maybe bunny ears
Charge for Bunny Hop - $2 per family
6:30 until 8:00, not 8:30
We need baskets. Put a note in the newsletter.
Reading Night - Great turnout. $36 in donations. We received a thank you card from the reading specialists.
Movie Night - $525 in profit. We were billed for the projector $41.25. $61.25
Midland catalog event - March 6-20th.
Vendor Notification changing contact info.
Run - Sept 19th.

The purpose of the Mt. Horeb K-5 PTO is to advocate for children, teachers, parents, and schools. We strive to create a closer working relationship between home and school and to enhance communication among parents, teachers, and community members.
The PTO is dedicated to enriching Mt. Horeb school children’s educational experience. The PTO is your organization. Your participation is valuable and indispensable! Please help at any level that your schedule allows. Volunteers are needed to design and implement PTO programs and projects and to help coordinate existing activities. Please share your time and talents! We thank you for your past support, and ask you for your continued involvement in these wonderful programs.
Formed in the fall of 1989 this organization is open to all parents of elementary children as well as elementary teachers and community members.
